Booking cancellations for Tours or Tour Packages must be made in writing at least 30 days before departure or within the time frame allowed by the particular Tour or Tour Packages. For any cancellation to be valid, The Company must confirm it in writing. Based on the day we receive your written cancellation notification; refund rates are computed.
The terms and conditions of the third party that supplied the specific component, such as train services, flight tickets, cruises, etc., shall apply. The third party’s cancellation charge will cover any administrative costs associated with the return as well as any deposits made with their suppliers in order to confirm the requested services. The following criteria will apply if the cancellation is made with less than 30 days to go.

The Company maintains the right to rescind a tour or reservation made at any time prior to the departure for any reason, including a lack of participants. In such a case, our liability is strictly limited to a refund of the fees paid.
Due to unforeseeable events outside of our control, the Company retains the right to modify the itinerary if necessary. Any necessary changes to our schedule won’t in any way deprive the tour participant of program elements.
No-Show Charges
The amount paid for the specific tour or package will be forfeited/non-refundable if a visitor or passenger does not show up on the anticipated day and time or is not present at the designated pick-up point for pickup or transport to the destination.
Ineffective Service
The Company is not obligated to provide a refund for any unused travel, lodging, or sightseeing trips that are part of the land arrangement package.
The Company maintains the right to revoke any itinerary or booking made and to decline or deny admission to any guest or passenger who behaves improperly in a way that jeopardizes their health, safety, or impairs their comfort and enjoyment while on the tour. The company will not issue a refund for the unused portion of the tour in this case.
Limitation / Exclusion Liability
Any costs, expenses, or losses of any kind incurred or sustained by a visitor or passenger resulting from any of the following incidents are not the responsibility of Kantipur Holidays.
Emergency situations on a national or local level, actions or inactions by any government, governmental agency, or authority, revolt, civil unrest, war, or military activities
Traffic jams, vehicle breakdowns, and obstructions of any public or private road, highway, sea, or air passage are all examples of industrial disputes of any kind.
Any accidents of any kind that happen while the customer is engaging in independent activities
theft, robbery, misplaced belongings/luggage, or food poisoning
Isolation due to infectious diseases or any other situation that could harm tour participants’ health or safety or reduce their ability to reasonably enjoy themselves
Any cancellation, modification, or alteration of a tour, hotel reservation, or tour services due to any of the aforementioned occurrences or as a result of a choice, an action, or a failure to act made by the company’s principal(s), their agent(s), servant(s), or any of them.
All claims must be filed in writing to Royal Trip Nepal Travel and Tours Pvt. Ltd within fourteen (14) days of the tour’s conclusion; otherwise, the business disclaims all liability. Any and all issues will be heard by the Nepal Court of Law.
If clients are unsatisfied with the complaint’s resolution, they can also file a complaint with the Business Trust Secretariat. You can file complaints with the Nepal Tourism Board.
