In China’s Tibet Autonomous Region, there is a freshwater lake at a high elevation called Mansarovar Lake. Itinerary

Take a trip to the Syaprobesi after breakfast. It benefits from being higher in elevation than the town and most definitely higher than Kathmandu, which helps with acclimatization. Stay the night in a guesthouse.

We will cross the Friendship Bridge and line up for immigration after lunch; our Chinese guide will help us through this process. After it is finished, the road ascends sharply in the direction of Kerung. Spend the night at a guest house with dorm space.

We will cross PekhuTso lake, passing Mount xixapangma and Bramaputra river. Further drive to Saga. Overnight stay at guest house on dormitory rooms.

It is your once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see the Holy “Mt. Kailash& Lake Manasarover” within the course of the regular day. After taking a holy lake dip, go to Chui Gompa on eco buses, witness Rakshas Tal, and complete the Mansarovar pilgrimage. Stay the night in a guesthouse. Hinduism holds that the lake was initially formed in Lord Brahma’s imagination before becoming evident on Earth. As a result, it is known as “Manasasarovaram” in Sanskrit, a combination of the terms manasa (thought) and sarovaram (lake).

 

Drive to Darchen, Kailash’s base camp, and use the remaining time for pooja and hawan. Kailas-parikrama starts from the southern side of the Kailash Peak. Darchen Guest House overnight (dormitory accommodation).

The first day of the Kailash Parikrama is today. As soon as possible after breakfast, we should set out on our journey. We must walk nonstop for perhaps six to seven hours today. Yak will transport all of our supplies and tools. Tent camping in Diraphuk for the night.
